Contract Professional
We seek a highly organised and proactive contract administrator to support contract management, documentation, procurement, and project coordination across multiple civil construction projects.
* Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
* Assist in tender submissions, document control, and project reporting for efficient delivery of construction projects.
* Track project costs, variations, purchase orders, and financial records to ensure timely payments and accurate invoicing.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation through Fieldwire, CPinSite, EnableHR, and internal systems to ensure seamless collaboration and access to critical information.
* Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, site teams, and suppliers to foster strong relationships and resolve issues promptly.
* Support project managers with scheduling, procurement, and compliance requirements to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Prepare progress claims, RFI registers, WHS documentation, and quality records to facilitate informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
