This position will be responsible forinitiating, designing, developing and facilitating the delivery andevaluation of programs and activities aimed at young people aged 12to 25 years that increase education, socialisation / connection,knowledge, development, skills, resilience and participation in thelocal community.

What You'll Need
To make an impact inthis role, the successful candidate will have:
Holds Cert IV Diploma of Youth Work
Holds Cert IV in Training and Assessing
A minimum of five years' experience in youth servicesand program delivery or similar role
Experience in the day-to-day running of a vibrant YouthCentre
Highly developed strategic planning skills to support thedevelopment of activities and programs involving at-riskyouth.
Demonstrated understanding of developing and implementingprograms with and for young people and their families.
Sound working knowledge of youth issues and communitydevelopment practices.
Highly developed analytical, report writing, datacollection and computer literacy skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolutionskills.
Advanced organisational and administrative skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and withoutsupervision.
Possession of a current C-Class Driver's Licence,Police Clearance, Working with Children Check and Senior FirstAid.
Ability to work after hours and/or weekends.
Highly-developed knowledge of: Aboriginal culture andissues effecting young Aboriginal people; knowledge of CALD(Culturally and Linguistic Diverse) issues affecting youngpeople - Desirable.
