**Aussie Relationship Manager**:

As Aussie Relationship Consultant, you will work collaboratively with AHL ARM's on acquisition and relationship based activities, with the objective of developing broker relationships and maximising AHL sales. This head office role will provide brokers with greater access to specialised support while giving ARM's greater capacity for face-to-face broker activities.

**What you'll get to be part of**
- Develop and implement sales plans based on insight and analysis, working with distribution teams, to achieve AHL sales targets
- Regular visits and contact with regional sales offices and franchisees with primary focus of increasing mortgage volumes for AHL branded product
- Become a contact point for specified brokers, including first point of contact when the respective ARM is not available. Actively identify and drive improvements in AHL's quality of loan submission
- Participation in training and promoting the AHL product to new brokers at the induction program
- Provide competitive market intelligence related to the mortgage industry and competitive landscape, and Present recommendations for optimizing and further enhancing the AHL product offering
- Manage relationship with key Aussie stakeholders, e.g. State and Sales Managers, L&D, Credit Coaches to ensure effective representation of the AHL product, and external stakeholders such as MSL, CBA (and other funders), Valex, Panel Solicitors & Teletech to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of customer service
- Ensure adherence and compliance with all company policies, risk appetite, and legislative requirements, including NCCP
- Lead and maintain a safe and healthy workplace culture by authorising the development, resourcing, implementation, review and continuous improvement of the Health Safety & Wellbeing management system (HSWMS)
- Be an effective member and contributor of the Customer leadership team
- A genuine passion for sales and people
- Understanding and affinity with sales environments
- Exceptional communicator who can positively influence others with your energetic and proactive attitude
- Knowledge of mortgage/loan processing operations including approval, settlement and post settlement

**Experience that will help you succeed in this role**
- Relevant experience as a Business Development Manager
- Demonstrated hands-on Mortgage Broking or Lending experience
- End to end leadership of risk management in complex corporate environments
- Results oriented and a passion for understanding the consumer and driving increased profit levels through the business
