About the Role As a
Junior Auditor, you will:
Assist with the planning, testing, and completion of audit engagements
Perform substantive audit procedures under supervision
Review financial statements, supporting documents, and internal controls
Work on‑site at client locations across Perth (with partners/managers)
Prepare clear and accurate workpapers
Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients to obtain information
Learn how to identify risks, understand accounting systems, and apply auditing standards
This role offers hands‑on experience from day one and the chance to make an impact on meaningful clients, especially in the not‑for‑profit and community sectors.
About You You are someone who enjoys problem‑solving, learning, and working with people. You will ideally have:
Completed or near completion of a
Bachelor of Commerce
(Accounting major) or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team
Integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude
genuine interest in auditing and helping organisations improve
Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or similar roles is welcomed but not essential.
