Build boutique launch toolkits from Breitling templates for consistent rollout.
Coordinate print shipments & replenishment across the retail network.
Support Smart Event planning with Retail Ops & BTQ Managers, including basic budget tracking.
Digital, Online & CRM
Prepare/organise assets for internal & external channels (incl. Limited Editions).
Supply assets for wholesale/shopping‑centre CRM around key seasonal moments (e.g. Father’s Day, Lunar New Year).
Events
Assist with proposals, quotes and supplier coordination (catering, print, AV, photography) for elevated smart events, boutique openings & partner activations.
Manage guest lists/RSVPs and on‑site logistics (briefs, run‑sheets, supplier walk‑throughs).
Attend events to support set‑up, hosting & pack‑down (occasional after‑hours required ).
Create/print event assets with local suppliers and contribute to post‑event reports.
VM / Gifts
Coordinate VM ordering with Global; prepare allocations by assortment & delivery timing.
Collect rollout images from wholesale/BTQ networks for frequent global reporting.
Support gift ordering, allocation & stock movements with Logistics (incl. SAP receipts/stock transfers where applicable).
Assist local print needs (e.g., product descriptions) and VM refresh/destruction cycles to ensure compliance.
Budget & Ad Hoc
Update invoice/quote trackers and reconcile basic line items in the annual marketing budget.
Track T&E; for gifts, travel and meals per Finance requirements.
Jump in on ad‑hoc admin to keep the team moving.

- Traffic artwork (briefs, approvals, file delivery) to hit media schedules.
