Overview
Federal Government client is looking to engage the services of an experienced ServiceNow Developer on a long‑term contract.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Custom portal development with UI Builder or React framework ensuring secure integration with ServiceNow APIs and government data models.
* Perform advanced customisations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, custom tables and reports.
* Integration and ServiceNow scripting (Glide, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML and CSS).
* Advanced workflow development and customisation.
* Advanced Playbook development.
* Advanced CSM development and customisation.
* Escalation of issues and risks within team structure.
* Respond to reported problems, performing fault diagnosis, analysis and rectification tasks.
* Provide or assist in the analysis of enhancements as requested by business areas.
* Support, design, configure, test and implement ServiceNow functions and methods.

Due to the nature of this role, this job is open to Australian Citizens only. Candidates who currently hold or are able to obtain Federal Government Security Clearances are highly desirable.
