Salary: From $106,999.38 base salary + super (based on experience)


Job Description

You'll shape the future of our leisure facilities by driving business planning and customer experience strategies. From budgets and KPIs to service innovation, this role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives on delivering exceptional outcomes for the community.


Responsibilities

* Develop and implement business and financial plans
* Coordinate budgets, reviews, and financial reporting
* Lead customer experience initiatives across all facilities
* Drive cultural change and embed customer‑centric practices
* Manage recruitment, training, and performance of staff
* Monitor KPIs and deliver measurable service improvements
* Ensure compliance with regulations and City policies
* Build strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally


Qualifications

* Tertiary qualification in Recreation, Leisure or related field
* Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check
* Proven experience in business planning and financial management
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Ability to develop innovative strategies and solutions
* Marketing and promotional experience in recreation sector
* Advanced communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* National Police Clearance (under 3 months)
