We're now recruiting for a General/Skilled Labourer to join our established team in the Northern Adelaide region, this role will have you working across multiple of our farm sites located around the Gawler, Wasleys, Balaklava & Blyth regions.
Reporting to the Farm Infrastructure Manager, this role supports repairs and maintenance across our farm buildings, sheds and general infrastructure - helping keep our sites running safely and efficiently.

Description
About the Role
This role is varied from day-to-day and is responsible for:
* Conduct general maintenance and repairs of farm infrastructure
* Work in a team to identify requirements of improving current infrastructure
* Develop repair, maintenance and construction plans and ensure completion of work from start to finish
* Ensure compliance and adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
* Work with stakeholders across multiple sites ensuring effective and efficient communication across the board
Skills And Experiences
About You
We're looking a person with the following skills/experience:
* Welder and Boilermaker certifications are strongly desired, however relevant experience will also be considered
* High Risk Working from Heights tickets - preferred but not essential
* General labouring experience
* Farming/Livestock infrastructure experience
* Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and as a part of a wider team
* Ability to travel (in the company vehicle) to and from our farm sites as required
