Manage key customer relationships and drive sales performance for Kellanova's portfolio in Townsville and surrounding areas within a remote work setting.
Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
Manage assigned sales territory in Townsville and surrounds, driving performance of Kellanova's portfolio across key grocery outlets
Develop and maintain strong and long-term customer partnerships
Complete field reporting and increase promotional effectiveness
Utilise initiative, planning, time management, and selling skills to identify opportunities to increase sales and ensure maximum return from your territory
Work as part of the broader Field Sales team to ensure success for the state
Negotiate directly with customers to achieve great outcomes for them and Kellanova's product range
About You
The company is looking for:
Sales experience in FMCG or Grocery preferred; recent Business Graduates excited to start a sales career will also be considered
Strengths in developing new customer relationships and servicing existing clients
Exceptional planning and organisational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-managed and motivated with pride in representing Kellogg brands across Breakfast and Snacks categories
Clean driver's licence
