About the role
* Lead the Agile transformation by leveraging the Agile Blueprint as a guide for Allianz Technology's Agile journey. Ensuring that all delivery pillars are following the blueprint and any exceptions in process, tools and roles are documented.
* Set up and maintain agile structures that support the development of high‐performing teams and the organization's strategic goals.
* Lead on the cultural journey to an Agile mindset organisation from roles, responsibilities, structures, capabilities to behaviours.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and align Agile roles according to the Agile Blueprint, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and efficient team dynamics.
* Establish and refine Agile processes and tools that contribute to the success of delivery, including the systematic elimination of waste and the optimization of workflows.
* Establish the Governance Structures process, connected to the demand management of Allianz Australia, aligned to the Group's Agile Framework.
* Be an ambassador for Agile and the Agile Blueprint, within and outside the team, by providing advice to leaders, managers and delivery teams to support company, team and individual performance development.
* Champion technical excellence and the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and techniques to drive innovation and efficiency.
* Support and encourage the application transformation from monolithic architectures to modern microservices, and infrastructure‐as‐code programmatically built into fundamentals of across various cloud providers technologies effectively.
* Facilitate the organization‐wide implementation of DevOps, rethinking organizational structures, IT governance, and ITSM practices to enhance speed and safety.
* Provide organization wide training and ongoing guidance for the use of Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM and KANBAN, across multiple development locations and time zones building out target products.
About you
* Proven experience in leading Agile transformations in large, complex organizations.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
* Experience with infrastructure‐as‐code and cloud technologies.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
* Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles.
* Experience in application and organizational transformation towards lean and agile operations, establishing governance, processes, and organizational change.
