11th May, 2026 Sydney based - Hybrid model High-profile enterprise transformation program Own PMO financials, forecasting & resource reporting A large ASX listed company is actively recruiting an accomplished PMO Financial and Resource Analyst to join their team for a challenging 6 months contract. Experience with SAP is highly desired. Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop and maintain processes supporting financial management, reporting, forecasting, and governance across the program Support continuous improvement of financial and resource management processes, templates, tools, and workflows Track and report monthly financial performance against approved baselines Compile program budgets and forecasts, including estimates to completion Review vendor costs against milestones and coordinate milestone payment approvals Perform month-end activities including accruals and correction journals Maintain audit trails for budget changes and contingency usage Partner with Program Directors and Delivery Leads to identify risks, issues, scope changes, vendor variations, and resource impacts affecting financial performance Capture and manage resource demand and supply requirements across the program Maintain an accurate Master Resource List across all program workstreams Track resource movements, new hires, and extensions to ensure alignment with forecasts Produce monthly reporting packs and end-of-month reviews Provide meaningful analysis and insights into forecast variances and program financial performance Work closely with Finance, Program Managers, PMO teams, and Workstream Leads to ensure all financially impactful activities are captured and reported accurately Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a PMO Financial Analyst, PMO Analyst, or Resource Analyst within large enterprise programs Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience Experience supporting large-scale transformation or technology programs Strong understanding of vendor management, milestone tracking, and financial governance Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Advanced Excel and reporting skills Ability to work collaboratively across PMO, Finance, and Delivery teams Highly organised with strong attention to detail and analytical capability The successful candidate will be responsible work closely and constructively with Finance and Program Managers to ensure Finance Reports are up to date and any issues and risks are raised early.
