About the Role:
We are looking for someone who loves food, has great people skills, and is able to juggle tasks under pressure. As a trainee, you will be working in a busy and vibrant team environment, providing customers with exceptional service and supporting functions and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Take orders and use front-of-house management systems
- Assist with running functions and events
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including clearing tables, equipment, and floors
Requirements:
- Be 18 or over
- Hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or be able to obtain one
- Pass the onboarding process (medical and drug tests included)
