THE POSITION
* A strong focus on providing and delivering an excellent customer experience
* Leading, training, and motivating team members
* Passionate about speciality coffee products and a thirst for knowledge
* Preparing barista‐made coffees and manage the Cafe area
* Opening and closing procedures, manage stock control and inventory, staffing and wage costs (prepare rosters, assign specific duties)
* Operating POS systems, ordering platforms, and Microsoft Office
THE PERSON
* Experience in a similar role setting minimum 2 year experience
* A passion for exceptional service with at leading from the front
* A hands‐on leader who can jump in and show how it is done
* Encourage a supportive, positive, and fun workplace for all employees
* Impeccable grooming with a warm and engaging service style
* Relevant hospitality qualifications desirable or equivalent industry experience
* As this is a full time role, Full time Australian Workings rights are mandatory
