Opportunity
Program Master Scheduler to manage an integrated master schedule for major Defence programs using OpenPlanProfessional. Collaborate with project leads and senior stakeholders to understand requirements, objectives, and milestones, supporting the development of breakdown structures and identifying internal and external dependencies. Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the schedule, work closely with risk teams to track risks and issues, provide portfolio‐level comparative analysis reporting through dashboards and visualisations, and continuously improve scheduling processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Provide guidance and support to programs, including training and mentoring on best practices for schedule management.
Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience with OpenPlanProfessional or Primavera / MS Project
* Proven experience in a master scheduler role in large defence or aerospace programs
* Strong analytical skills with ability to analyse complex project data and identify trends, patterns, and insights
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‐paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Detail‐oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
* Experience with Defence Capability System (ODCS)
