This reputable professional service firm located in Canberra City South is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join them in a permanent capacity. They specialise in business and advisory services and pride themselves in providing exceptional service to their clients.
Reporting to the Directors, your position as Personal Assistant is responsible for but not limited to:
- Diary & Calendar Management
- Day-to-day Administrative support to Directors
- Travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings and follow up of meeting actions
- HR & Marketing Administration as requested
- Ad-hoc assistance when required across the office functions
- Relieve reception as business requires
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant in professional services
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills - MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask manage deadlines and prioritise work
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Certificate III in Business Administration - desirable
