A key role in our organization involves providing exceptional service to major clients across diverse industries including mining, automotive, marine, and power generation. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for promoting quality customer relationships and driving business growth within your designated location.

You will analyze client needs, gather relevant information, and initiate work orders; provide quotes, develop claims, prepare repair plans, schedule work, and update clients on the status of repair work.

Create complex work orders that include diagnostic plans, quotes, and repair plans based on available parts and labor; review plans with the supervisor prior to client contact.

Foster positive relationships with key clients; resolve client concerns related to warranties; explain charges to clients.

Monitor key performance metrics for the workshop, including labor productivity and customer satisfaction.
