This is a hands on leadership role where you'll coach, develop, and inspire a high performing team while driving sales. In this role, you'll:
* Lead a talented team of sales consultants and designers, driving leads, appointments, conversions, and high-value sales.
* Coach, mentor, and develop staff to ensure they reach their full potential.
* Oversee showroom performance and ensure operational excellence across the team.
* Monitor performance, implement process improvements, and maintain reporting standards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize showroom results and support marketing campaigns.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality work and smooth coordination across the team.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has proven sales and team management experience (retail, interiors or high performance sales background).
* Results-driven, with a focus on conversion, margin, and customer experience.
* Excels at coaching, mentoring, and building strong relationships.
* Is highly organized, analytical, and tech-savvy (Microsoft Office required; CAD a plus).
* Resilient, energetic and driven, comfortable managing a mix of staffand contractors.
* Can multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
