About the Role

In this role, you will play an important part in supporting the smooth day‐to‐day operations of the NT office. You'll be responsible for general administrative tasks, coordinating travel and communications, and assisting the wider team with day‐to‐day support. You'll also have the opportunity to build valuable skills, gain hands‐on experience, and grow within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

What You Will Do

* Welcome clients and visitors to the office and provide qualified first point of contact
* Manage incoming calls and enquiries
* Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and related bookings
* Order and maintain office supplies, including stationery and staff amenities
* Keep office areas neat and organised, including meeting rooms and kitchen spaces
* Assist with creating posters, invitations, and other internal communications content
* Support the delivery of company events and office activities
* Monitor and manage the administration inbox, ensuring timely responses and actioning of requests
* Raise purchase orders for supplier payment and assist with basic procurement tasks as required
