Recognised in our sector by an extensive, reputable history and broad product range, Nintendo Australia is recruiting a Product Administrator to join our team on a part-time, 6-month contract (25 hours per week).

Reporting into the Senior Manager – Digital Business, this role is responsible for supporting the eCommerce Product Specialist and broader Business Development department with the day-to-day administration and coordination of product operations for the Nintendo Store and related business initiatives.

Additionally, this role is responsible for assisting with administrative product workflows, stock requests, product registration support, compliance coordination, and operational reporting. This position plays an important role in ensuring the smooth execution of product-related processes.

Key requirements for the role include (but are not limited to):

* Providing administration and coordination support to the eCommerce Product Specialist and broader Business Development team.
* Supporting the administration and coordination of product-related operational activities for the Nintendo Store and associated business initiatives.
* Assisting with staff orders, internal stock requests, stock transfers, and sales order processing across internal systems.
* Monitoring and confirming stock availability using inventory management and eCommerce platforms.
* Coordinating communications and operational notifications with internal stakeholders.
* Maintaining and distributing delivery schedules, operational reports, and supporting documentation.
* Assisting with product safety and compliance administration, including submission and coordination of required documentation and supporting materials.
* Supporting registration reviews, stock adjustment checks, and ongoing operational maintenance across test and live environments.
* Maintaining organised records, spreadsheets, and process documentation to support efficient operational workflows.
* Supporting ad-hoc operational tasks, business initiatives, and process improvement activities as required.

To succeed in the role, you will require:

* Previous experience in administration, coordination, operations, or related support roles (highly desirable).
* Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Comfortable managing repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy and consistency.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive mindset with willingness to support a broad range of operational activities.
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working across multiple systems.
* Experience using ERP, inventory management, or eCommerce platforms is beneficial but not essential.
