Role Summary
Regional Service Delivery Manager – Business Services supports the Assistant Chief Officer Business Services and the Regional Leadership Team with the assessment of operational capability and capacity needs within the region, delivery of support services to members at a Regional level, including the development of a strategically aligned annual operational plan and budget for the Region that includes operational workforce and asset (facility, fleet and equipment) planning, infrastructure planning and delivery, information management and records management, resource allocation support and monitoring processes. The role provides leadership to business support staff, collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders, and represents VICSES in regional forums. It drives continuous improvement, supports change initiatives, and ensures that service delivery functions enable volunteers and operational staff to focus on emergency response outcomes.
