Support Youth Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Youth Worker to join our team. As a Support Youth Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people in care.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with vulnerable young people, building trust and helping them to achieve their goals. You will be responsible for supporting young people with daily routines and care, creating safe and structured therapeutic environments, and working collaboratively with other teams to deliver individualised care plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Diploma of Community Services or currently studying or eligible for an exemption
* Valid Driver's License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
* NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
