SALARY: $127,747–146,371 p.a + Super + leaseback

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate professional to join our growing Open Space and Sustainability team, in the role of Senior Parks Coordinator. This position leads a team responsible for maintaining park and reserve assets across the Camden LGA, ensuring high quality, safe and sustainable open space services.

* Tertiary qualifications and equivalent experience in parks, horticulture, asset management or a related discipline
* Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams, including staff supervision, performance management and capability development
* Strong knowledge of WHS and risk management practices relevant to open spaces operations
* Proven ability to deliver services within budget, timeframe and defined service levels
* Demonstrated experience in contract and project management, including service provider performance monitoring
* Proven ability to review and improve operational processes to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to prepare clear, evidence-based reports and recommendations
* Working knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and standards impacting open space management
* Current Class C Drivers Licence
* Experience in local government operations, procedures and statutory requirements
* Experience in open space planning, asset management or growth area service delivery
