HR Superintendent
Remote (WFH) Role | 5/2 Roster | Regular Site Travel Required
Sibanye Stillwater Australia (SSWA), a subsidiary of the global mining and metals group Sibanye Stillwater Limited, leads in mining, tailings management, and economic rehabilitation. Our flagship Century Operations and Karumba Port in Queensland form Australia's largest tailings re-mining and processing operation, with potential to transition to new production post-2027.
This is a rare opportunity for an HR leader to help close out the country's largest hydro mining project, support major rehabilitation efforts, and guide the workforce through possible new commodity development.
As part of a growing multinational, the role offers broad exposure across multiple sites, people leadership, and the chance to shape the region's next transformation phase. You'll help build workforce capability, strengthen leadership, and embed the culture and practices that will sustain Sibanye Stillwater's long-term success.
This is a fully remote, work-from-home role on a 5/2 roster, with regular travel to Century Operations, Karumba Port Operations, and the Mt Lyell Project (including occasional short-notice travel). Preference will be given to east coast-based candidates for travel logistics, though all suitably qualified applicants will be considered.
