ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our Client based on the Lower North Shore, Sydney is looking for a motivated HR Officer to support a range of people and recruitment initiatives within Council. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‐on experience while contributing to positive community outcomes.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to extend. In this role, you will support Council across a range of HR activities, including preparing position descriptions, assisting with restructure and recruitment documentation, and supporting end‐to‐end recruitment in partnership with business partners and managers.
DUTIES
* Support day‐to‐day HR functions
* Assist in end‐to‐end recruitment activities
* Prepare and maintain HR documentation
* Provide administrative support to the team
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and staff
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Relevant HR or recruitment experience highly desirable
* Exceptional attention to detail and writing skills
* Quick learner and strong work ethic
* Excellent communication skills
REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
* $45-$55 p/h + Super
