The Maintenance Supervisor plays a pivotal role in our vessel operations and technical management.

* Provide strategic direction to Vessel Engineers on vessel maintenance, refits, and operations.
* Supervise and coordinate vessel repairs and maintenance tasks.
* Oversee workshop staff and contractors in daily maintenance activities.
* Support the Superintendent in managing vessel dry docking processes.
* Coordinate engineering-related purchase requisitions and orders.
* Ensure adherence to Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS).
* Develop and implement effective maintenance plans.
* Maintain strong relationships with service providers.
* Serve as a role model for workshop staff and vessel crews.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Knowledge of NSCV/USL/RAV & Class legislation requirements.
* Excellent written and communication skills.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the Marine Industry.
* Marine Engineering or Trade Qualification with some marine experience.
