Job Description:
As a key member of our Finance Shared Services – Credit Management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring accounts receivable and credit management processes are carried out efficiently, accurately, and on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and reconciling client and trade accounts within agreed timeframes
* Investigating, resolving, and recovering outstanding debts in a professional manner
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
* Identifying and escalating potential financial risks including fraud or financial abuse
* Supporting continuous improvement in collection practices aligned with regulatory requirements
You will be an experienced credit professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3+ years' experience in credit, accounts receivable, or collections
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage sensitive customer issues
* Sound problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving disputes
* Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar accounting/finance systems
* Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
