Faircloth & Reynolds are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Domestic Air Conditioning Installation Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to lead a dynamic installation team and contribute to the success of our growing business.
About the Position:
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential air conditioning installations, from initial customer enquiries and quoting through to ensuring projects are completed efficiently, to a high standard, and within budget. You will lead a team of tradespeople and apprentices, manage schedules, liaise with customers, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
About You:
You will have a strong background in residential air conditioning installation and management, with proven leadership skills and a customer-focused approach. Your ability to manage multiple projects and maintain high standards of quality will be essential in this role.
* Proven experience in managing residential air conditioning installations.
* Residential air conditioning quoting experience including site measures and system selections.
* Strong technical knowledge of various air conditioning systems.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential Licences & Qualifications:
* Current Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Supervisors Licence or equivalent.
* Current ARC licence or equivalent.
* Other relevant industry certifications and/or licences.
* Valid driver's licence.
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the industry.
