Full-Time Property Manager | Herdsman, WA

* Support with Leasing, Inspections and other administrative tasks
* No trust accounting or BDM responsibilities

What You'll bring to the role:
* At least 3+ years managing your own portfolio
* Exceptional communication, organisational and problem solving skills
* A proactive, client focused mindset and the ability to thrive and leverage our support through delegation
* Working collaboratively within a high performing team environment
* Strong knowledge of WA tenancy laws and regulations
* Complete day to day management of residential properties, ensuring compliance with legislation and providing outstanding client service
* Working closely with our business development team members to onboard new managements
* A current WA Property Management registration and driver's license
* Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with full work rights
