Job description: The role focuses on providing high-level customer service, conducting fitness and personal training programs, maintaining gym facilities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
* Provide a high level of customer service ensuring all centre inquiries, admissions, bookings and issues are dealt with in line with Centre expectations.
* Conduct fitness programs and personal training programs across the fitness suite directly to members to enhance member experience.
* Maintain effective supervision, cleaning and maintenance of the gym floor and fitness areas ensuring compliance with legislation rules and regulations ensuring a protected environment for all participants / members.
