Urbis is seeking a dynamic Development Manager to join our growing Development Advisory business. This is a unique opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle from feasibility and financial modelling through to delivery — contributing to complex and city-shaping projects across sectors including living, education, retail and industrial.

Working alongside experienced industry leaders, you will support strategic decision-making, help formulate and implement development strategies across a variety of asset types, and play a role in delivering tangible built outcomes that positively shape communities for the future.

Your Role:
* Support the formulation and implementation of development strategies across a variety of asset types and project stages
* Prepare and review development feasibilities and financial models to assess project viability, risks and commercial opportunities
* Contribute to strategic project analysis, market assessments and development recommendations to support informed decision‐making
* Oversee project planning, coordination, reporting and stakeholder engagement to support successful project outcomes across programme, budget and quality objectives
* Lead and coordinate multi‐disciplinary consultant teams to drive high‐quality design and development outcomes
* Assist in managing commercial agreements and negotiations including Joint Venture, Land Sale and Construction contracts
* Contribute to projects that progress from strategy through to tangible built outcomes that create meaningful impact for cities and communities
About You:
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Property, or Law. Property Economics
* 5+ years Project, Development or Transactions Management experience within the Australian real estate market, with at least 3 years in a client‐side consultancy firm, and experience managing projects over $25 million.
* Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and Project.
* Agile, thrives in fast‐paced environments, and excels in building professional relationships.
