About The Opportunity
This dual function requires an exceptional individual who can seamlessly transition between the boardroom and the construction site.
Key Responsibilities
* Contractual Management: Act as the independent adjudicator under complex construction contracts, while administering all aspects including valuations, variations, and payment certifications.
* Project Management: Own the end-to-end management of multimillion-dollar projects in the civil, structural, and maritime sectors, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality completion.
* Site Management: Direct and oversee all on-site operational activities, ensuring strict adherence to WHS, quality assurance, and environmental standards.
* Stakeholder Management: Manage and foster positive relationships with government clients, design consultants, subcontractors, and authorities, acting as the key communication bridge.
* Commercial Acumen: Develop, control, and report on project financial performance, proactively managing commercial risks and opportunities.
About You
* A minimum of 10 years proven experience in either a Project Management or Superintendent role, within the Australian civil, structural, or infrastructure sectors.
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
* Vast understanding of Australian Standards contracts and an unshakeable commitment to safety and quality.
* Strong verbal and written skills.
