The Role
We're seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Hand/Food Services Assistant to join our caring team. You'll help prepare and serve nutritious meals that bring comfort and joy to our residents, while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist with food preparation, plating, and meal service
* Support the chef with general kitchen and cleaning duties
* Ensure food safety, hygiene, and infection control standards are met
* Deliver exceptional dining service with a smile
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all kitchen areas
Requirements
* Food Handling Certificate
* Previous experience in food services or a similar role (Aged Care experience an advantage)
* Great communication and teamwork skills
* A caring attitude and commitment to quality service
* Current NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain) MANDATORY
