Due to business growth both domestically and internationally, we are seeking an experienced researcher to join our team. This is an opportunity to advance your career in recruitment/executive search in a small knit team which prioritises career growth and learning.
About the role
This is a varied role which forms the backbone of the business. Some key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Assist other consultants/senior researchers with finding suitable candidates for client roles across the insurance industry through sourcing candidates on our database, LinkedIn and other platforms
* Conduct market mapping and market research
* Assist with upgrading and maintaining our internal client/candidate database including updating company organization charts, client and candidate details
* Source new candidates using a variety of methods, including referrals, job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Assist with managing and growing our relationships with candidates and clients
* Assist with market mapping and report writing for executive search assignments for senior roles in the insurance, government, and technology industries
About you
* Around 3-4 years' experience working in a recruitment agency or executive search firm
* Exceptional organisational skills, with a high attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Able to pick up on new concepts and learn quickly
* A team player
* Ability to build strong working and client relationships at all levels
* The ability to stay up to date with competitor information and market trends
