This role will potentially suit Project Coordinators / Project Analysts / Project Officers / PMO Analysts
Primary responsibilities to include
* Administrative and operational support across the IT portfolio
* Support project and program planning, tracking and reporting ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
* Maintain centralised documentation and dashboards
* Ensure adherence to PMO governance standards
* Assist with portfolio reports, milestone tracking and resource utilisation
* Support the use of project management tools including JIRA, MS Project and SharePoint
* Work closely with and support designated Project and Technical Delivery Managers
What you will need to succeed
* Recent PMO experience
* Proven experience in a support or coordination role in an IT or Technology environment
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Outstanding communication skills and a proactive approach
* Ideally JIRA, SharePoint and Power BI knowledge or experience
* Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile
