Randstad has partnered exclusively with one of the largest waste and recycling companies in the country! Due to continued growth our client based in Jandakot are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team.
Duties
* End-to-end management of incoming Accounts Payable invoices, including coding, receipting, and matching against purchase orders.
* Creation, coding, and administration of new purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics across all WA locations.
* Monitoring, tracking, and reconciliation of open invoices and purchase orders from prior reporting periods.
* Supporting the accounting team with financial close processes and related administrative activities.
* Managing procurement requirements for office-based teams and general operational purchasing.
* Providing administrative support to the Projects team, including purchase order creation and invoice management.
Qualifications
* Experience with processing credits (essential).
* AR and AP experience (essential).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
