The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Admin Assistant to join our Business Advisory team in Melbourne. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our advisors and broader team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to an exceptional client experience. Your Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Business Advisory team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
* Maintain accurate records, files, and databases across client and team activities
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and support meeting preparation and logistics
* Manage travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, approvals and expenses
* Act as a central coordination point for administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are tracked and met
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to support seamless service delivery
* Provide occasional reception coverage and support onboarding/training when required
* Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance team efficiency
What We're Looking For
* Experience providing administrative support in a corporate or professional services environment
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* A strong client service mindset with a proactive, "can-do" approach
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
* High attention to detail and strong time management skills
* Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams
