Home Care Support Role
This role involves providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes, using your own car.
The Types of Care You'll Be Providing May Include
* Assisting with showering and dressing
* Helping with meal preparation and light house cleaning
* Providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping
* Assisting with medication administration
About the Ideal Candidate
* You are empathetic and patient, able to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
* You have previous experience working in aged or community care, or you're looking to start a career in this field.
* You hold a valid Driver's Licence and have access to an insured, reliable vehicle (minimum Third Party Property Insurance).
* Ideal candidates will hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. However, if you don't currently hold this qualification and would like to pursue it, we can provide support.
* You must be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of home care clients.
