EnviroProtect Pty Ltd, a respected leader in Occupational Hygiene and Environmental Consulting for over 28 years, is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Laboratory Technician to join our experienced team on a full‐time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct sample preparation, handling, and storage following established protocols.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory.
* Assist in monitoring inventory levels of reagents, equipment, and supplies, and report needs for replenishment.
* Perform routine laboratory testing and analysis on samples according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Fibre Counting.
* Assist in performing quality control checks and assist with instrument calibration and maintenance.
* Adhere to workplace safety, health, and environmental guidelines at all times.
* Perform field work involving air monitoring/sampling.
What We're Looking For:
* Australian citizenship is a requirement.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Current and valid Australian driver's licence.
* Applicants must have their own vehicle to commute to and from the office.
