Overview
Assistant Brand Manager position in Sydney, Australia. Part of Hill's Pet Nutrition, a Colgate-Palmolive Company, within the Marketing Team. This is a Full Time role with hybrid work arrangements (3 days per week evolving to 4 days, Mon to Thursday, in the Sydney office).
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement brand strategies for the Wellness Pet Nutrition category.
* Coordinate advertising and promotional activities.
* Manage digital and physical marketing content and strategy.
* Own the social media content and strategy for the Wellness portfolio.
* Liaise with key stakeholders including other subsidiaries, Global Business, Consumer Innovation Centres (New Product Teams) and Senior Management.
* Manage annual budget process for the brand(s).
* Sales and market share analysis and regular monitoring of pricing, competitive activity using internal data, market data or vendor-supplied research.
* Provide administrative support, PO generation, A&P spend management, price list management.
Qualifications
* Ability to connect the dots with a high degree of curiosity.
* Passion for data and analytics and ability to tell stories based on insights.
* Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
* Project management experience.
* Proficient in English.
* Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (e.g., Sheets, Slides, Docs) is preferred.
