We're on the hunt for an experienced and passionate RTO Quality & Compliance Manager to help lead and strengthen the quality, compliance, and continuous improvement culture at SEDA Group. As our RTO Quality & Compliance Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our systems, people, and programs continue to meet the highest standards, while supporting innovation, growth, and positive student outcomes across the organisation.

Your day‐to‐day will include:
* Leading SEDA's quality assurance and compliance functions across the RTO.
* Ensuring compliance with the VET Quality Framework, Standards for RTOs, VET Student Loans requirements, and relevant funding contracts.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives, internal audits, validations, and quality reviews across the organisation.
* Providing expert guidance and support to leadership teams, governance committees, and staff on compliance and quality matters.
* Managing regulatory reporting, audit preparation, and external stakeholder engagement.
* Overseeing trainer and assessor compliance, credentialing, and industry currency requirements.
* Leading and maintaining quality systems, policies, procedures, and risk management processes.
* Supporting professional development, staff inductions, and a culture of accountability and excellence.
* Reviewing marketing and promotional materials to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with organisational standards.
Who you are
You're a highly organised and solutions-focused leader who understands both the operational and strategic side of vocational education. You thrive in environments where quality matters, relationships matter, and continuous improvement is part of everyday practice.
* Extensive experience within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, ideally in a quality and compliance leadership role.
* Strong working knowledge of the Standards for RTOs, VET legislation, funding contracts, and regulatory requirements.
* Experience managing audits, validations, compliance frameworks, and continuous improvement systems within an RTO environment.
* Exceptional organisational, analytical, and problem‐solving skills.
* Strong leadership capability with experience supporting and developing staff.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build collaborative working relationships.
* Experience using Student Management Systems (VETTRAK experience highly regarded).
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
* A genuine passion for quality education and improving outcomes for young people.
