Job Overview:
This role leads the development and implementation of a Climate Adaptation Plan to strengthen resilience and adapt to climate change.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the creation and delivery of the Climate Adaptation Plan, working with internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate employee engagement programs to enhance awareness and understanding of the program.
* Establish monitoring and reporting processes to track progress against key milestones.
Key Qualifications:
* Comprehensive knowledge of climate adaptation and mitigation principles.
* Experience in developing complex plans, proposals, and funding requests.
* Excellent communication skills with ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
