Your role as a Home Lending Specialist (Customer Relationship Manager) is to work with customers to meet their end‑to‑end lending needs, guiding first‑home buyers and seasoned investors through the lending journey and driving growth.
In this dynamic and high‑impact role, you’ll:
- Build a pipeline of lending leads and nurture relationships using our CRM.
- Guide customers through the lending process, ensuring they feel supported and confident.
- Apply credit‑analysis expertise to achieve positive lending outcomes and prepare customers for financial success.
- Build strong, relationship‑centric connections with the community, branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending results.
- Embrace lifelong learning and take advantage of on‑the‑job training and other learning opportunities.
- Support community initiatives through Bendigo Bank’s community banking model.
This is a permanent, full‑time position located in Ettalong Beach.
What you’ll bring
- Extensive experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
- Ability to build relationships quickly, assess needs and develop a holistic view of customers’ situations.
- Highly developed credit analysis skills.
- Understanding of small‑business offerings.
- Consumer lending experience (essential).
