St Nicks Early Learning is a warm, community-focused early education service with two campuses: St Nicks Hellenica in Yarralumla and St Nicks Botanica (opening January 2026). We are seeking a Childcare Worker to take on an assistant role who is enthusiastic about Early Childhood Education, enjoys collaborative project work, and is eager to grow their skills and career within a supportive teaching team.
Roles & Responsibilities include:
- Creating engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments
- Observing, documenting, and extending children’s learning
- Working collaboratively with the team to manage routines, including mealtimes, toileting, and rest
- Building strong relationships with families during drop‑off and pick‑up
- Contributing positively to a warm, respectful, and creative team culture
We welcome applications from qualified educators and those who are new to the industry. Hourly rate is negotiable based on qualifications and experience. We are offering full‑time positions as our preferred option. Part‑time arrangements may be considered, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
