The Role
We're currently seeking passionate and qualified swimming instructors to join our team and bring energy and expertise to our swim programs. We're looking for individuals who hold current Swim Teacher qualifications, including Infant and Preschool Aquatics, or have the ability to obtain them. They thrive in a high‐energy environment and enjoy working with children and families.
They are confident, reliable, and committed to delivering high‐quality swim instruction. They are available to work Saturdays.

Skills & Attributes
* Energetic, innovative and decisive teaching style
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends and must be empathetic to the needs of the classes
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team
Qualifications
* Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
* Working with Vulnerable People & National Police Check
* Current Swim Teaching Certificate
Training & Support
If you have recently completed a swimming instructor course and wish to undertake your required training at the centre, please contact us.
We will pay for your qualification for lifeguard, First Aid, CPR and swim teacher courses through Belgravia Academy, ensuring you are fully trained and qualified to become a lifeguard/swim teacher.
