What You'll Be Doing
You will:
* Deliver high‐quality group fitness classes (freestyle or Les Mills)
* Start sessions on time and engage with participants before class
* Provide safe, effective instruction and correct technique when needed
* Deliver fun, inclusive and motivating workout experiences
* Support participants with general fitness enquiries
* Encourage safe training and adherence to class etiquette
* Provide fitness‐related feedback and support participant goals
* Maintain equipment, sound system and microphones
* Keep group fitness spaces clean, tidy and ready for classes
* Report equipment or facility issues promptly
* Contribute positively to team culture and development
* Follow all workplace health and safety requirements
What You'll Bring
You're energetic, reliable and passionate about motivating others. Ideally, you'll bring:
* Certificate III in Health & Fitness (or equivalent – essential)
* Current First Aid and CPR certification (essential)
* Experience teaching group fitness classes (desirable)
* Experience in the recreation or fitness industry (essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of current fitness trends (desirable)
* Availability across varied days and times (essential)
* National Police Clearance (essential)
* Fitness Australia registration (desirable)
