Eurisko is a digital agency that delivers best-practice digital marketing services across SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, and Website Design & Development.
We are a small, talented team with year-on-year growth for the last five years. To help us deliver great work for our clients and execute the next stage of our national growth plan, we are looking for a Digital Account Manager to take ownership of client relationships and project delivery.
About the role
This is a newly created, central role at Eurisko. You'll work alongside our Digital Marketing Manager and Director as the key conduit between our clients and the team — keeping projects on track, clients informed, and the work flowing.
You'll need both the big-picture view to manage relationships and the hands-on instinct to jump in when needed. Day to day, that looks like:
* Actively managing client relationships throughout projects, keeping communication clear and expectations aligned
* Creating requirement scoping documents for new client projects and writing proposals to suit client briefs
* Coordinating designers and developers to deliver website projects on time and within budget
* Overseeing paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads), with a focus on improving ROAS and driving measurable results for clients
* Refining and improving our internal process documents as we scale
* Spotting opportunities to grow client accounts over time
About you
We're looking for someone who can tick most of these boxes:
* 2–4 years' experience in a similar digital agency or account management role
* Hands-on paid media experience — comfortable managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and owning performance outcomes
* A natural communicator — confident dealing with clients and teammates alike, and able to translate between the technical and the commercial
* Highly organised — able to juggle multiple projects, tasks, and milestones without dropping the ball
* Detail-oriented — you test against deliverables, catch what others miss, and manage change requests with calm and clarity
* Commercially minded — you understand how to grow a client relationship and can spot an upsell opportunity when it's right for the client
* Genuinely curious about digital — keen to keep learning and growing your career alongside the business
* A team player who can also go solo — comfortable working autonomously and collaborating equally well
Familiarity with Teams, Asana, Canva, and Google Tools is a bonus. And if you're ready to take on a utility-based D&D spellcaster role — our office group is already full of tanks and rogues.
