Job Requirements
* Hands-on with day-to-day operations of three properties, including guest services, maintenance, and housekeeping.
* Overseeing and undertaking renovations of sites.
* Management, including recruitment and training, of all staff across both sites.
* Inventory management.
* Working with Marketing on rebranding of sites.
* Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
About You
* Proven experience in a similar accommodation provider role.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Experience with Newbook preferable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively as part of a team as required.
* A valid driver's licence and the ability to work flexible hours, including after hours, weekends and public holidays when required.
* Competitive base salary plus potential for end of financial year bonus.
* Fabulous support from Perth office and other Hideaway sites.
* Ability to make the role your own.
