About Headspace Horsham
Headspace is for young people 12–25 who need support with whatever life's throwing at them—friends, relationships, stress, anxiety, low mood, bullying, drugs or alcohol, or just feeling unsure about what's next. Our centre is a safe, judgement‐free space where you can drop in, chill, or have a chat with a youth counsellor. No pressure. Just support.
We're all about inclusion and respect. Everyone is welcome, no matter who you are, where you're from, or how you identify. You can be yourself here.
At headspace Horsham, we also support involving family or friends if that's helpful for you.
