The role of a Marketing Assistant plays a pivotal part in supporting our sales team. This position allows them to focus on client liaison, sales coordination, and settlement management while managing all marketing activities for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and execute campaigns such as "Just Listed," "Just Sold," and direct mail campaigns.
* Assist in managing Google AdWords campaigns.
* Promote the company within the business community where opportunities arise.
Marketing to Buyers (Selling Businesses)
* Manage internet business-for-sale advertising as directed by the manager.
* Coordinate direct mail and email campaigns for potential buyers using platforms like Mailchimp.
* Coordinate internet and social media marketing efforts (SEM/SEO) as directed by the manager.
* Create reports to target specific mass emails for potential buyers.
