**About you**

- Extensive experience in a customer service or sales environment
- An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly

- Understanding of financials and business performance
- Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essential
**About the role**
Our vision is to become Australia's bank of choice, and you'll play an important part in helping us achieve that. The Personal Banker - Relief role is Permanent Full time but enables you to work across a range of branches, allowing you to have genuine variety in your work week. You'll get variety, moving between front-of-house concierge, finding solutions and educating customers, as well as providing consumer lending and other financial solutions relevant to their lifestyle.
This position is located across **Ipswich, Mt Ommaney and Redbank Plains**, where flexibility is key and relief allowances will apply. The role is **Full Time**. The roster is **76** hours per fortnight.
